"I was dreading the process of filing a claim, but it had to be done. I walked in to Shuree Hix State Farm and was immediately greeted by a very professional and polite receptionist. I began to sit down and wait. However, Michael was there before I could even get to a seat. Michael is always so courteous and truly cares about his clients! I shared what I needed to file a claim for, and within 5 to10 minutes, my phone was blowing up…in a great way…with messages from State Farm that included the claim number, contact information for the body shop I had chosen, and a call from Enterprise to finalize a everything I needed prior to having my vehicle repaired. Seriously, they didn’t d all the hard time consuming portions in a time frame if about 5 minutes. I would guess ve them 100 stars if I could!!!"

"I called and let them know i moved and to change the address on my renters insurance. The bill showed my new address so I thought it was all good. Until 5 months later i was looking through the pages and saw physical address was still my old address. I couldnt beleive it. I emailed them and heard nothing back, i texted them heard nothing back I called but could not speak to Shuree Hix she was either not in the office yet or they would say shes not in today. Her office says i changed the MAILING address myself online and they dont have a lease agreement. That may be but I called them to change the physical address,I TOLD THEM I MOVED AND GAVE THEM MY ADDRESS. My bill showed my new address so I thought all was good but you had to look deeper to see where it said physical address how stupid. I was assured the premium would stay the same and it did. they never asked for a lease agreement. I said i will give you one they said no and you arent getting any money back and your policy is canceled as of the 9th. Well ive paid thru the 9th of next month, what about that money? So i insured someone elses property while i was uninsured and they wont take any of the fault. Good thing my house didnt burn down. They sure answered me when i was inquiring about insurance through them but when I wanted to cancel it was krickets.. They stole from me and I have nothing nice to say about this incompetent, fraudulant company. Look at yalls papers is all im saying,make sure they are in order, they are sneaky."
"I’m really sorry that you feel you had an unpleasant experience. You did change the mailing address online and we were never told to re-write your renters policy until last week when you called in. Shuree was out of the office when you called dealing with a family emergency. We immediately took action and got it changed. You then called back after we had already made the correction and wanted to backdate a cancellation. We then told you that in order to backdate your policy that far that we had to have something showing when you moved so that we could submit it to underwriting and get the backdating approved and the refund issued. You then hung up on our receptionist and yelled at her to never call you again so then we also tried via text to relay the information. We still want to help you and even get you a refund but we have to have documentation to prove that you moved. Please send us the information so we can get it processed for you. We would love to correct the situation. We strive to be a blessing to those we serve. I’m sorry you had a bad experience but please let us correct it. "
